Ms. Tokuji has even baked a sweet, buttery loaf of bread in her rice cooker, based on a recipe from a popular television show about a superhero’s quest to develop a “national loaf” for Japan. “It took all day, but it was very interesting,” she said.
And guess what? I’VE DONE THIS!! With Michelle and Kenneth! It really did take all day, only in our case, we started at 10pm, checked up on it at 2am and easily decided that we really didn’t give a shit at 5am. Luckily, it still turned out really yummy. Soft and fluffy, just like the anime said it would be and anime is NEVER wrong.
The anime it comes from is called Yakitate Japan and it is awesome!
